Will this be available for EE4? It sucks some add-ons are not compatible. I upgraded a customer to EE4 and they are not happy that some things do not work….Attendee Reassignment Addon being a major one.

Hi Dorian,
EE4 is a completely different system to EE3 so all of the Add-on’s need to be re-build to be compatible.

Please feel free to add any input there.
Currently to re-assign a registrant you will need to cancel the original registration and manually re-register the user through the admin onto the new event.

How do you add someone to an event that is already in the system?

For the adding a new registration: I tried this and it works. However, I’m switching the reservation from a different price of a class to a new class. With that, they will owe money. I can’t change the paid amount to a different amount unfortunately. Plus, they still show as pending because they actually show NO payment was received.

Hi, you won’t be able to adjust the pricing for an existing transaction.
However, you could mark as paid through the transaction details screen and include an event admin note (e.g. event admin – transferring from Event XYZ).

Then how would you charge the difference for the more expensive event and record it in the admin section?

Hi, you would need to collect the difference outside of Event Espresso, for example, collect it through a PayPal.com invoice and then add that as a payment through the transaction details screen.
