Is there a way to pull the list of attendees from each event to a custom page for a custom sign-in sheet at the beginning of each event? We have all our attendees sign in in person when they arrive.

Also, we print this info on certificates for each attemdee…so same question, can I grab the students name and event title and use it on a custom page?

Thanks.

Hello Scrair,

You can use the shortcodes to pull an attendee list attendee list shortcode

Regarding the second part, it should be possible via PHP code to do that, though I’m not sure how it would be beneficial to put the details on a page as it would have all the users or just one at a time (you said you print these off).

If you were willing to use an E-certificate, you could set up a custom email that could be sent out to the users and would pull in all the needed info via the shortcodes in the email template.

If every morning I need to print a list of attendees for a class, what would you recommend the easiest way to do this then? Is there a way to have a variable for the event identifier?

Hi

If you click the export to csv link at the end of the Event item list or within the event itself it will create a list of the current attendees.

It also has other stuff there so you may need to delete some columns or copy and paste the attendee name into a prebuilt sign in sheet.
