Attendee Mover only showing first ticket of each event

When trying to move an attendee, the drop down menu of event tickets is only showing the first ticket of the first date time of each event.

Our events have 2 or 3 datetimes and one ticket for each of those datetimes.

Problem I’m currently running into is…
Attendee purchased Event 1, Datetime 1, Ticket 1 and wants to move to Datetime 2, ticket 2 of that same event.

When I go to use the Attendee Mover, it doesn’t list Datetime 2, ticket 2 – regardless if i search or just click drop down to show all.

I can provide more detail or a video of this in action. Just putting it out there to see if you guys are familiar with his issue. I searched the forums but didn’t find a similar issue posted.

Hi there,

After you’ve selected the event and moved on to the next step where you select the ticket, there should be at least 2 tickets to select from, and there should be no search field (the search field only appears on the Select event step). Are you only seeing one ticket option after you’ve moved on from step 1 and progressed to step 2?

Got it! I was relaying this issue from someone else on our team. I should have looked at it closer before reaching out for help. There is no problem.
