Attendee mover for team registartions

Good Day

I am currently needing to move 3 team members across to a 4 man team. I currently have minimum and maximum limits set on my tickets to enforce that people need to enter all 4 people at a time.

How can I use the attendee mover to move an entire team, into a new ticket and still all feature under the same registration?

Hi Shaun,

Currently, you can’t add additional registrations to a group within Event Espresso so you can’t move a group of 3 to a group of 4.

To add an additional registration you’ll need to cancel the original registrations and re-add them selecting the correct number of tickets for the new group. Then copy over the details from the original registrations into the new one.

You can add new registration from within the admin if you go to Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event} -> Registrations.

On that page you’ll see ‘Add new registrations’ at the top of the page, click that to load the ticket selector for the event within the admin.
