Attendee mover and payment issue

Hello, I am having a problem with the Attendee mover addon and making a payment. I have an attendee who registered for an event as pending then we switched events using Attendee Mover. A new registration email is sent but the link to pay says “Sorry class is closed…” and you can go no further. If I change the “Sell Until” date on the previous event the notice is not shown and it seems that the user can pay. So it seems that somehow the event is still attached to the previous registration.

Firstly, my apologies for the delayed reply here.

I’ve been looking into this and I’m a little confused as I can’t reproduce the same issue, could you add some screenshots of what is being output to the page and what you are changing the Sell Until dates from/to?

Also, what is the reg status of the ‘original’ and ‘moved’ registrations, please?

Hi Tony,
Unfortunately I don’t have any screenshots to share. I ended up creating a new registration and made the payment through that. I will let you know if it happens again.
