Attendee Mover

Hi,

When clicking the button for the attendee mover, when selecting the new event, it says the results could not be loaded.

Please see attached.

and not sure if this is related but this is showing up on the console of inspect element.

The error may be related. May I ask do you have a security plugin activated on the site? Some security plugins will block URL’s if they’re too long, in which case the security plugin may have a setting for that feature that you can deactivate. There are some specific instructions for the iThemes security plugin in the Attendee Mover add-on’s troubleshooting wiki:
