When viewing the list of attendees, you can see where parents have registered multiple children for our event. This is allowed and encouraged. However, clicking on each child (same family) in the attendee list shows the exact same information. The “additional attendees” are listed in the right sidebar (if I click there, I’m directed to the appropriate information). Can someone please log in and take a look! This just doesn’t seem like user error.
Even though the children were registered together (as a group), clicking on each of their individual names takes you to the exact same attendee information.
That is because they are linked to the primary registrant as part of the group registration.
To access the additional attendee information, click on any of the extra attendees from the attendee list and then click on the additional attendee in the top right corner of the Edit Attendee Data page.
It would seem that even if you click the appropriate child’s name in the attendee list that their correct information should show (not the primary registrant). Is that not the case!?
