attendee list on iPhone

When I click attendee list on the iphone – logged in as admin.
Error Occurred – the request was valid request, but the server is refusing to respond to it. Unlike a 401 Unauthorized response, authienticating will make no difference. On servers where authentication is required, this commonly means that the provided credentials were successfully authenticated but that the credentials still do not grant the client permission to access the resource.

Hi there,

The error you’re seeing is because there’s an issue happening when the authentication headers are supposed to be sent. We’ve seen this issue occur when it’s a server that’s using FCGI. Are you comfortable with making an edit to your .htacess file that will help allow the authentication headers to authenticate the app?

Josh, whatever it takes. I’m hosting through godaddy so I would imagine you will have a lot more users with this problem as they too start using the app.
Please let me know what I need to add.

Thank you very much,
John

Hi John,

Actually what we’re going to do is change to a different type of Authentication to avoid the lot more users with this problem problem. If you want to try to use the current authentication method with the app on your current host, you can follow the instructions in this other thread:
