Hello!

If Attendee Limit was reached, the event should not be shown in the calendar.

How can I configure it?

Hello Viktor,

Unfortunately there is no way currently to remove the item from the calendar due to being full, only when the event has ‘expired’.

This is essential for our business to have a soft which allows our clients can book the time for carwash online. It was requested and agreed when we have bought the soft from you. Therefore I ask you to configure the system to satisfy our needs, otherwise unfortunately we have to terminate our contract. Please let me know how long it will take.

Hi Viktor,

How are you today?

The calendar doesn’t exclude events that are full right now, but you can exclude expired events (the date they end). That is not a feature that you and I discussed, nor did we agree to modifying our software for this purpose. We could modify the calendar to do that, but it will be more resource intensive for your website server and it might slow down your site.

If you really want us to do this, we could do it for one support token: https://eventespresso.com/product/priority-support-tokens/

Hello.
Unfortunately this is not acceptable as we cannot take the risk of slowing down the website. As the software is not compatible with our business needs and it does not work as it was agreed with you prior to the purchase of the software, we request you to return the money paid for it.

HI Viktor, who “agreed with [you] prior to the purchase” about the calendar functionality? If the calendar is changed, the calendar page would be the only page that slows down. The rest of your site will be normal.
