http://www.whitefoxbeads.com

One of my classes has a limit of 4 attendees (all paid), the limit is set to 4, but the class list shows it as having one available space and I was able to complete the registration process all the way through clicking on Paypal button.
How do I set EE so that the class closes after the 4th person signs up and are paid through Paypal?
Thanks!

As it happens, someone actually registered for that class after the 4 persom limit. Paypal took her payment, but none of the registration information is listed in Event Espresso, and she had trouble accessing her paypal account afterwards and couldn’t check to see if it “took”. She also said she did receive a confirmation email on the registration.

Hi Gail,

If you have set the attendee limit to 4 then only 4 people should have access.

The only time this is not the case is if a person registers and fails to pay. The slot remains open until they pay, so it is possible for someone else to come along and buy that space.

I would advise you first and foremost to update EE and appropriate addons. I know this is generic advice, but it normally helps fix issues and allows us to test persistent issues more accurately.

If the issue persists after updating please advise and we can look into it in more depth.
