Hi Michael,

Event Espresso displays a registration form for each event. There isn’t a feature that removes the other forms in the case of multiple events. There is a copy all button that will copy the information over though.

Yes i know that button. I want all process in one page.

Ok its fine if i can not remove multiple forms but can i set all forms and cart and payment options in one page.

When user visit their cart they can completed process over same page no extra redirection. I want one page process to purchase events.

Can we hide multiple forms and do some tricks to fill forms in behind the seen.

Can we do it with code?

Hi Michael,

I’ll follow up with each of your questions below:

This is a feature that is coming in Event Espresso 4. The registration process was rewritten from Event Espresso 3.x and one of the new features is a single page checkout. Event Espresso 4.0 is currently in beta if you’d like to test it out. Beta versions are available to download from your account page if you opt in to the pre-release channel.

This is possible, and one way to do this is by adding some custom JavaScript to the multi-registration form templates. Sidney wrote up something and shared it on his github page that could be adapted for this purpose:

Thanks Josh,

Working perfect for me

One more questions…

Can we store no of attendees in session at event page? I mean user select no. of attendees from drop down and than click add to cart button so they will add no of attendees for each event before visit cart page.

When will be stable release of Event Espresso 4 available? If it take time than give me some hint to set attendees forms page and payment page common.  User fill information and direct click to payment button and it will redirect to PayPal or other payment gateway site… Is it possible? I want it urgently…

No. This is something that isn’t possible in 3.x unless someone were to go and completely rewrite the registration process from scratch, which is what we did with 4.0.

There is a fairly stable version in the pre-release channel right now. There are two limitations with it currently: 1) It doesn’t have Multi Event Registration (this will come later) 2) It cannot be upgraded from 3.x. yet. Once they have a migration script ready that will be possible. For now you could opt-in to the pre-release channel and install it on a test site and try it out if you’d like to see if it meets your needs.
