We are holding an event for 700 teens over a 10 day event and need a program which allows us to customise the details we collect from the registration process.
We will need to collect data about health, health card numbers, dr’s information, health status, allergies, private health numbers, size of clothes required, emergency contact information, Unit, Sub Area, Town (different to the address) – plus many more fields.
We will then need to be able to collate this data in reports using any number of string combinations.
In regards to the questions, absolutely. With Event Espresso, you can create as many question fields as needed (normal input fields, text areas, drop downs, tickboxes and radio inputs) and add them to events modularly so each event can have different questions if needed but reuse created questions/question groups.
We will then need to be able to collate this data in reports using any number of string combinations.
Im not 100% clear on your meaning here, but the question data is available for export alongside the generic attendee data (event attending, ticket type etc) in the form of a spreadsheet export.
Sort of. If the attendee has a Gravatar account and the [LISTATTENDEES show_gravatar=”true”] shortcode is used on a page, then it will list every event with a list of all the attendees and their images.
