Yes I believe you are understanding my question but that is why I said “If it exists”. Before they have ever registered, I understand an Attendee ID will not exist but after they have registered for at least 1 event, they are assigned an Attendee that follows them.
So assuming the user has registered for at least 1 event before, is there a way to get the Attendee ID when they access an event page and before they actually register for the next event?
Whether the ID exists or not, if there is a built in way, the process would be the same to “get” the ID. If it exists it will return an ID otherwise it will return nothing.
The Attendee ID will be unique for each registration they make, so there still will not be an attendee ID until they actually register for the next event.
If you actually mean, get the User account ID, then yes, that’s possible, and you’d use the get_current_user_id() function.
