Attendee disappeared

Hi there,

An attendee that registered to one of our open/ongoing events disappeared from the list and does not appear even as a deleted delegate. Can you please help figuring out what may have happened?

May I ask was another attendee added to the same event moments later?

Hi Josh,
there was another delegate that registered (from the same company) 4 minutes later.

Likely what happened is the prior registration was overwritten because both registrations were made in the same session. This is avoided by heeding the warnings that some browsers display if you try to hit the back button during the registration session. Other browsers will disable the back button entirely on the checkout page.

EE3 also includes a link to add more registrations to the same event and if they would have used that link this would have been avoided.
