Is there a way to print a sheet of registered attendees so they can be signed in manually (with a pen and paper) when they come in to the event?

Hi there,

You can export the registration list for the event and use that, would that work?

Go to Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event name} -> Registrations.

You’ll see a list of registrations for the event you selected. Click to Export the Registrations CSV at the bottom to export that list.

Yes, I’ve tried that, but we need something clean and ready for use at the event. The CSV has the information we need, but there’s too many steps between the Excel Spreadsheet, and the sign-in paper we need at the event to make it practical.

This would seem to be a pretty basic, and common, need among event organizers. Is there anything else, or perhaps something in the planning stage for an EE version?

Thanks,
MD

Another option is you put the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS_ATTENDEES] short code on a WordPress page, then print out the page. This will work best if your theme has a print stylesheet.
