Attempt to view an invoice from the transaction screen shows the site home page

Hi,

Please can you help with a strange issue that has only started happening today.

We tried to view an invoice from the transaction screen and were instead taken to the site home page. This is the link that we followed:

It does not happen with all invoices. This one works fine:

The site is running the most recent versions of EventEspresso, and it looks like WordPress has recently updated itself to v5.5.1. I only upgraded to v5.5 last week.

Any idea what may be the cause?

Hi Anita,

For the invoice that doesn’t show, what is the status of the registrations on that transaction?

Also, what is the transaction status?

Not sure if this is related, but just seen this message on front-end of site, on Events page.
Notice: Undefined variable: month in /home/essa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/eea-beaver-builder-master/beaver-builder-modules/events-list/includes/frontend.php on line 38

Hi Tony,
The transaction status is Incomplete, but I can see invoices for other Incomplete transactions.
Registration status is Cancelled, I think. Clicked on the Name in the Transactions screen.

^^ I can’t view that page as it is within the admin.

Do you mind if I take a look at these registrations within the admin itself? If that’s ok you can send temp login details using this form:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

Do you have any security plugins enabled on the site? I can’t think of any other reason for the above to happen, especially as each is using the same invoice template.
