We are having trouble reaching our developer and I need assistance setting up permission in order to open events in the Events Espresso app for scanning. I saw the forum results for it, but it is all greek to me. It would be helpful if someone set it up for me or took over the computer or something like that.
We can work on making sure everything is ready to go with using the apps for scanning, but we’ll need file access to your website. Can you re-send the redeem a support form and include the FTP information please? If you do not have the FTP information, that’s something you can get from your web hosting company.
