Are these Business Cases supported after Integrating with LearnDash?

Our business model is at the moment based 100% on selling event tickets through EE4.
Now we are transitioning to add online training (courses) and have read about the EE integration with LearnDash.
So this is a question to know whether the EE-LearnDash integration would support the following new business cases:

1) A user buys a ticket for an event only (this is what we do now with EE4)
2) A user buys a course only (through the LearnDash plugin)
3) A user buys a course (LearnDash) with an associated event (EE4)
4) A user buys a ticket for an event (EE4) with an associated course (LearnDash)

We are mainly concerned about Users Integration between EE4 and LearnDash, and Payment gateway integration (we are currently using Stripe).

Hi there,

The LearnDash add-on basically links your account with a LearnDash course assigned to the ticket when your place a registration.

So for your examples:

1) A user buys a ticket for an event only (this is what we do now with EE4)

If the ticket does not have a LearnDash course assigned to it there is no difference to the ‘normal’ EE registrations.

2) A user buys a course only (through the LearnDash plugin)

That would be handled outside of EE right? If so you’ll need to contact LearnDash for more details.

3) A user buys a course (LearnDash) with an associated event (EE4)

As far as I know, registering onto a LearnDash course will not add a registration for your Event Espresso event.

4) A user buys a ticket for an event (EE4) with an associated course (LearnDash)

The registration will show up as normal in EE and the user would be enrolled onto the LearnDash course(s) assigned to the ticket.

The LearnDash add-on was developed by LearnDash themselves so if you need support for that add-on or more specific information on setup etc you will need to contact them directly.
