Hi there! I know that events move to the “inactive” category once their active dates have passed. What I need to know is if we can somehow keep those events from displaying when we export events. When we choose “export events” we get all the info for every event we’ve ever listed. We just want the current event info to export. Is there a way to do this?
If not, we will most likely choose to begin deleting past events. In that case, is there an easy way to export all the info from only the inactive events before deleting it?

Hi there,
The expired events will continue to show in the exports unless they are deleted. You can export an individual event’s data by hovering over the event name and clicking “Export”.
