Hello guys,
I would like to know if there is a way to clear all my archives before I start a new event. We register a lot of people each year and I want to clear out the previous years. I’m not sure how to do this.

Hi Laura,
‘Clearing out’ data means different things to different people, so my questions may sound nitpicky from here on it, but it’s not intended as such.
You’ve mentioned archives, which archives exactly?
Do you want to remove the events themselves, registration data, attendee/contact data, all of it, everything or parts?

The short answer is you delete an event EE will now delete all of the related data for that event, so when you perm delete an event it will remove the related registrations, transactions and payments for that event.
Is that what you are looking to do or something different?
