Approved and Sold are not the same

I have an event where Sold is showing 246 and Approved is only showing 235. As I have 4 manual in the waitlist it will not upgrade people from the waitlist even though there are (250-235)=15 places left.
How can I reset this ?

Do you have any values in ‘rsvd’?

Which payment method are you using?

I have 0 in th reserved box and I am using PayPal Express as the payment method.

Hmm, ok.

With the waitlist add-on did you have ‘Auto Promote Registrants?’ set to ‘Yes’?

Also can you post a screenshot of the datetime and ticket section for the event? You can set the reply to private if preferred.

If the counts are out theres no way to fix it from within the UI, the only way to work around it is to increase the limit on the event.

We did find an issue with the ‘Auto Promote Registrants?’ is set to Yes that could cause a loop in the reservation and release of tickets which causes the sold values to jump, that’s fixed in the next version of EE but I’ll need to see the screnshot above to advise how to fix the current event.
