Applying payment doesn't update registration status of free tickets

This seems like a bug. When I apply a payment to a transaction including both free and paid tickets (using the default settings of applying payment to all registrations and changing the registration status to approved) only the paid tickets have their registration status updated to approved.

Thanks for the report. This is actually a known issue and hasn’t been assigned to a developer to fix yet.

Ok, thanks. Unless you tell me otherwise, will assume it won’t be fixed in the next few weeks before our event registration opens and plan to work around it.
