"Apply Payment" button not working

I currently get a grey box at the top of my page when I try to apply a payment. I have successfully applied payments in the past. I would appreciate any help you can share. Thanks!

Hi Katrina,

The grey box may be the result of a plugin conflict. There’s a guide in the documentation that outlines how to troubleshoot general plugin conflicts and you can follow the guide here:
