I am using ee 4.9.34p with the Promotions add-in. I sent a discount code to one registrant, who failed to apply it correctly for some reason I can’t see, and left the transaction as Incomplete. How can I apply a promotion code as a form of manually-accepted payment? Or failing that, how can I edit a Promotion and set its number of uses?

Hi jxh,
You can go to the Event Espresso > Transactions page and from there either:
A) Click the Apply a Payment button and apply a credit amount where you can input the promo code in the Notes / Extra Accounting field.
or
B) Click on the Receipt icon ( ) then click on the Make a payment link. This will take you to the front end for the transaction where you can apply a promo code.
