I am using this plug in for a church camp and I need the campers to be able to fill out an application. Here is a link to the application:

Hi,
You should be able to use the custom Questions and Question groups to achieve something similar to that, though we don’t have an e-signature option.

Could I use that to put the disclaimer in? Is their a plugin for the e-signature or is that something that is in the works at all?

Hi,
Yes you can. What I would do is to create a question group and add the appropriate questions, and in the Question Group description add the disclaimer there.
There isn’t a plugin for e-signature and there isn’t one currently planned. You may have to just use a standard text field question. Or you could look to have it custom developed for you, we have a list of recommended developers here: https://eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/
