Application license not working.

It show green key but application still not activate on my website. Please suggest.

May I ask which application are you referring to?

I just subscribe Event espresso $299 and try to activation on my web site to customize registration form.
But it look like it not activate. Question group not work.

May I assume you have the Decaf version of Event Espresso 4 installed on your website?

If so, you go to Event Espresso > General Settings. The key field should already be filled out (you’ll input the key if it’s not been filled out).

Click the Save button.

After you click the save button, you’ll see this message:

Congratulations! You have entered in a valid api key for the premium version of Event Espresso 4 Decaf. You can click the button below to upgrade to this version immediately.

Then you click the Upgrade Now button.
