Hi Guys

I have the license for EE for
Since a while I can’t logg-in into the app.
I tried a lot of things, changed the PW, added a new Admin-Profile, deleted the app and reinstalled it….but no chance, there comes always the following message:

Sorry, you are not Allowed to list events.Missing permissions:
ee_read_events, ee_read_other_events, ee_read_private_events

Would be great to get your help!

Hi Cristina,

Have you had a look at the troubleshooting section of the mobile apps doc:

The above can be caused by some security plugins, or your server not allowing an authorization header through on the request, we have fixes for both in the above doc.
