Hello, all of a sudden the App is giving and error message: Connection Error. Unable to load data. I have reinstalled the app. I have checked the online plugin settings also. Cant figure it out, please help.
That error doesn’t usually means an issue with the app itself, it means the response the app got back from your server had invalid JSON formatting.
The most common cause for the above is enabled WP_DEBUG on the site which then allows any warnings/errors/notices to be output on the request which ‘breaks’ the formatting.
Which device are you using when you get the above?
