I logged into the app but dont see my event??

I logged into the app but do not see my event? My ticketing ad-on is activated. What am I missing?

Hi there,

Do you see any events? Any error messages?

Can you post a screenshot that shows what you see in the app?

We need some more information to be able to help with this 🙂

I just see 3 tabs, when I click upcomming, It shows nothing. I have one event coming up on July 23rd on our website using ee.

Hi there,

It looks to me like you’re logging into the wrong app. You can download and install the Event Espresso 4 app for iOS to view your events. Here’s a link where you can get information for the Event Espresso 4 iOS app:
