Hi, I installed the mobile ticketing app a few days ago on my android phone to use with the ticketing add on but it just spins on the “fetching events” screen and never actually loads anything.

How are you today?
If you’re using Android then you’ll need to use Ticketing Services (not the API), is that what you’re doing? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-ticketing/

It seems you have not installed the Espresso Services files required for the app to connect to your site. Please see the installation instructions here. https://eventespresso.com/wiki/mobile-apps/#android

I see where it says it but it doesn’t say anything about how to get those files installed? Unless I am just missing something there.
