I have gone through the forum and tried everything. But I keep getting the error code in the app: Missing permissions….

We just renewed our license so we can use the app for checkins. I followed all the step and nothing. What can be done? I used a role plugin to make sure the roles where assigned, changed the hta file everything as suggested. my site is

Hi David,

You mentioned you tried everything. Did that include ruling out a plugin conflict by deactivating all other plugins except the Event Espresso plugin?
