APP ISSUES ERROR

I have gone through the forum and tried everything. But I keep getting the error code in the app: Missing permissions….

We just renewed our license so we can use the app for checkins. I followed all the step and nothing. What can be done? I used a role plugin to make sure the roles where assigned, changed the hta file everything as suggested. my site is http://www.fanboyexpo.com

Hi David,

You mentioned you tried everything. Did that include ruling out a plugin conflict by deactivating all other plugins except the Event Espresso plugin?
