When using the Espresso App on Android, the app is working fine and we can “check-in” people to the app without any issues.
When using the Espresso App on iPhone, we are able to login, but when we we “check-in” people we see this message “Error Occurred. The requested resource could not be found but may be available again in the future. Subsequent requests by the client are permissible.”
Hi Josh, only thing we have enabled is JetPack. But if it was a security plugin wouldn’t that also effect the Andriod app? As mentioned only seeing this issue on iPhone.
In addition, this same issue has been reported once before where the android app worked & the iOS app did not. It turned out to be they were inputting the email address into the username field in the iOS app. So if you happen to be inputting the email address into that username field, you could instead input the username there.
