We are getting this error message on both android and ios devices.

Hi Kevin,
The first troubleshooting step for this is to rule out a plugin conflict. Can you try temporarily deactivating all other WordPress plugins besides Event Espresso, then try the app again?

DEactivated all the app except EE4 and its plugins. Still getting the same error.

You’ll need to make sure to input the correct website URL in the first field. If you still get an error even with the correct website URL, here’s the next troubleshooting step:
