Hello! I’m not sure what the issue is. I try to login I get an error credential mismatch. I tried deactivating all plugins and updates but nothing works. I’m trying with application password and normal password but nothing works.
I then logged into the site itself to pull the QR for my ticket and tested scanning that, again it worked without an issue.
What device are you scanning with?
