App credentials not working

Hello,
Credentials mismatch error. When I change from username to email the error changes to Unknown email address. Check again or try your username.

I changed ‘WP_DEBUG’, false to true and have errors print to the browser but no file was saved to /wp-content/debug.log

Once I change the debug from false to true the app changes from giving me a credentials error to the following:

The data is not in the correct format.
The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.

Where should I post the browser printed errors, please?

Hi there,

Just post them here in a private reply.

When you enable WP_DEBUG, we recommend using this:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#wpdebug

So that the errors are logged to /wp-content/debug.log rather than output to the screen.
