App Check In and Check Out Failed

Used to be able to check people in and out with the app. Today I can’t, it just says “Adding of date checked-out failed”. And when I try to check someone in it says “Declined”.

Does anyone know whats wrong?

Also, I’m running iOS7 on an iPhone 5 and I have the latest version of WordPress and the Plugin.

Looks like the JSON API is failing when it is trying to update the attendee_checkin table. Can you try deactivating and reactivating it to see if it updates the table definition? And make sure you are on the latest version, 2.0.2.p

Actually, my fault, that table is defined in the ticketing add-on. Make sure you are on the latest, 2.0.10.2.p, and deactivate and reactivate it.
