I’m having some troubles with the app on three different platforms (Android 4.0 phone, iOS 6.1.3 iPad & 5.0.1 iPhone)

The Android hangs up after logging in trying to load events.

The iPhone can’t seem to resolve the endpoint URL.

The iPad (HD version) has a host of issues:

“Registration Error: Not authorized to access that endpoint” comes up when I try to scan a QR code or look at an event.

When I can scan a QR code, I get the above error or a “declined” error, and the check-in (in both cases) doesn’t happen until I exit the app and log back in, then I see that the user has been checked in.

I’ve uploaded screenshots from the Android and iPad as well:

Hi David,

With the non-HD apps, you will want to be sure you have the older API installed. It’s a folder named espresso-services that gets uploaded to the root directory of the server, which is where the main WP files are.

The Espresso Services API files can be downloaded from here:

With the HD app please make sure you have the very latest versions of the JSON API and the ticketing add-ons. These were updated today. After you update the ticketing add-on you will need to deactivate and reactivate it. Once that’s all up to date, please be sure that you are logging in as an admin when you log in with the apps.
