API does not update tickets sold

Boys need help.
I have an active event and I was reviewing the operation of the api . I find that only appear 43 tickets sold but there are actually 624 sold.
It is urgent because the event is on Tuesday and could not handle input from the public to the API from my Phone or iPad

Hi Sonsoles, the mobile app does not store the event or attendee information. Instead it retrieves that information from your WordPress site and displays it via the mobile app.

Could you try logging out of the mobile app and then logging back and checking the information again?
