I need to extend event espresso to add in additional child record types attached to an event. I obviously could copy the venue code and alter it, but I don’t want to have to lose the code or have to rewrite it after every update. I would like to find documentation on how to extend or write an add-on for event espresso. What is available and where do I locate it?

Hi Chris,

The API for the current version of Event Espresso is limited, we are looking to expand and improve on that for version 3.2.

As such the documentation is currently also quite spotty. If you would like access to what we have, please email support@eventespresso.com requesting Codex access.
