Hi, The application looks to be using an older version of our API, utilising the MD5 method to create the hash secret. We have been providing the SHA256 version since ~2011 and no longer support MD5 for new merchants. Is there a setting that needs to be changed somewhere to allow for the above? |
Hi there, In this case the actual gateway code will need to be updated. Can you ask ANZ if they have any updates to their integration documentation found here: https://www.anz.com/australia/business/merchant/pdf/VPC-Dev-Kit-Integration-Notes.pdf The reason I ask is because the above documentation only instructs to use md5 and does not mention a newer SHA256 version. |

One other option to consider that you may be able to use instead is the MiGS gateway for EE4. Would that be something that would work for you? |

Hi Josh, |
|
I have an email from them with several attachments. What’s the best way to get this to you so you can take a look? |
Hi Jennifer, You can email them to support _at_ eventespresso.com. You’ll replace _at_ with @ when you fill out the To: field in the email client. |

Leo George who helps us with the website has just emailed them through. |
Thanks, we’ve received the email and will review. |

Hi Josh, |
Hi Jennifer, I can advise migrating to EE4 where you’ll be able to use the new MIGS payment method that accepts payments through banks including ANZ bank and Commonwealth Bank. The reason is we are not updating any of the gateways or add-ons for EE3. |
