Hi, I would like to ask can I try the demo of using the Ticketing add-on. In test-drive site, I only can try the Calendar, Recurring Events Addon, WP Users Integration Addon, Multiple Event Registration Addon and Social Media buttons. Please help me to try. Thank you very much. |
Hi Roland, The ticketing add-on is installed on the test drive site, but the capability to customize the tickets is not enabled. In practice, some of the ticket template customization requires FTP access, and we cannot give out FTP access to our server to those who are testing Event Espresso. You can test out the ticketing functionality if log into the test drive site and go to one of the event’s attendee reports. Example link. You’ll see a little ticket icon to the far right of the page that will let you download a ticket. You’ll need to download one of the mobile apps to test the functionality of the ticketing application. Once installed, you can use the URL of the test drive site as the endpoint URL and your tester log in credentials to test the app. |

Thank for reply but I have some other questions. I would like to ask how can I unattend the scanned tickets? Another question is can I install Eventes Presso and s2member plugin together in one site? This two plugins have similar feature as WP User Integration or so on. Will it conflict each other? Thank you very much. |
What version of the ticketing add-on are you using? You should be able to unmark attendees as attended from either the Event Espresso dashboard or the mobile ticketing app.
Yes
There is no conflict. Both use the WordPress users table in the database. People who register for the site via s2member will be “members” in Event Espresso. |
