Hi,

As you can imagine, it’s getting tiring every time there is an update and I get the message saying I can’t because of the same license issue over and over.

We have one site. One license. One url.
Nothing changes.

When is this going to be fixed?

And can you reset suzieqbbb.com so I can get the update?

Done and yes we fully understand, it is frustrating from our point of view as well and the changes that have been done and are being done, are there to reduce or remove this issue.

We really appreciate you bearing with us whilst we get this under control.
