Hello I am getting the following error: error with Endpoint url. I am using a user who has admin access, I have already tried disabling my membership plugin (S2memeber), I am sure that I am using the correct url, with the correct password..etc. I could really do with some help in getting this working. Hi mrclarke, The ticket scanning app is for the EE3 ticketing add-on using the JSON API. It appears you are using EE4 which we do now have a scanning ‘app’ for. EE4 uses the EE4 Printable Tickets Add-on which can be used with the EE4 Barcode Scanner Add-on to scan tickets. To scan tickets you would need to use a barcode scanner using a desktop/laptop computer, or you can use a bluetooth barcode scanner with a mobile device. We would have loved to be able to integrate EE4 with the ticketing app, however this isn’t possible due to the differences between EE3 and EE4.
Update: There’s now an Android App that works with EE4. More information here: A quick note about barcode scanners if you are looking, there are a couple of types and it is recommended to use a CCD scanner for best results on phone screens. |
