Android App not working 2

We can’t get the android app to work. Was ok in Jan this year. After logging in, the phone just stalls on “Loading / Fetching Events,”.

We are using version Events espresso 3.1.26. Not able to upgrade as our API programmer has done a lot of customization.

The iphone app works perfectly.

Hello,

Without being able to update the best I can advise would be to force close the app and reopen it.
