Android app not connecting

I set up the ticketing app last weekend and it all worked fine.

I tried it again today to show to a colleague and I got a connection error.

Message: “java.net. UnknownHostException:” (with domain name added)

I’m not sure if this is anything to do with upgrading to WordPress 3.5, which I did yesterday.

(As an aside, the instructions on your ticketing page – https://eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-ticketing/ – need updating as there is no longer a Remote Publishing checkbox in Settings > Writing.)

Hi Petra,

There shouldn’t be an issue with WP 3.5. We have tested this with no problems.

Has anything else changed on your server or WP installation? Have you added any new plugins or themes?

Thanks for the reply. I’ve eventually worked out what was wrong. The memory on my mobile phone was getting low and, once I had cleared some space, I could connect with no problem.
