An update is stuck

I think i have successfully updated the system to the 3.1.28.4 as it shows in the bottom left footer of my wp site. However the update is still showing in my plugin updates area. Can someone take a look at this and tell me if I’ve successfully updated the system or not?

Please send WordPress admin level log in credentials via the contact form on this page: https://eventespresso.com/contact/

Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.

Hi Ashlie,

We received the wp-admin creds, and we will need FTP creds as well because we will need to upload a new pue-client.php file and make an adjustment to the groupon add-on so it will update. Can you track those down?

Either that or these can be updated manually if you can’t find them, but it’s always a good idea to have FTP access just in case you need to manually deactivate a plugin.

Can you double check those FTP creds, the address you sent does not look correct.

Hi Ashlie,

We uploaded the new Plugin Update Engine client, then reset the key. Groupon needed to be updated too, so that’s been updated.
