When clicking on finalise registration, an error pops up indicating
“The following errors have occurred:
An invalid registration was received.
A valid primary registration for this Transaction could not be found”

I receive the error message as displayed in the topic.
the site is http://www.u6conference.org
I have disabled any caching plugins a while back when this first occurred but received a report that this occurred again today.
Please advise

It may or may not be related but a second colleague mentioned receiving the following error today:
An error has occurred
your form data could not be applied to any valid registration…
This can happen if too much time has been taken…

Were you able to replicate the issue? Do you have the log? If you can replicate it, can you shoot a video for us using https://loom.com/ then send us the log.
