Hello,
When i change registrants status to “declined” and say send emails i get this message:
“An error has occurred:
Something went wrong and the message for this registration was NOT resent”
It seems all the emails are active under Messages>settings.. any other ideas?

Hi Andriy,
If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages.
Find the Payment Declined message and open each context in a tab – http://take.ms/aVc49
Change any shortcode that uses the FORMATTED shortcodes to their non formated counterpart, for example – http://take.ms/SppvT
[EVENT_AUTHOR_FORMATTED_EMAIL]
becomes
[EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL]
Do that for the To and From fields within both contexts and retest, does the same happen?
(This is to confirm if you mailserver does not like formatted email address, some do not)
