Hi, when selling tickets to a recent event I had a customer that bought 2 tickets (1x $115, 1x $125) and was only charged $125 despite being send tickets for both. This in itself is enough of an issue as Event Espresso seems to think she paid $240. I managed to update her registration to reflect $125, but now it says ‘Total Amount Owing’ is -$10 on the Payment Details screen? On the right column of the Registration screen (under Ticket Prices) it has the right amounts of $115 owing and $125 however.
What should I do so that she can be invoiced correctly?
Once this is rectified I can look at the issue of people getting tickets without actually paying for them!
Wordpress v3.9.2 running EE3 with the Multiple Ticket Registration add-on.
The only way I could figure to do it was to enter -115 in the Enter New Payment Amount box. I think originally I may have also tried updating the payment in the Attendee Ticket Fees on the Registration Fees which may have been what is causing the error?
I needed to invoice them last night, so I ended up deleting their registration and re-registering the tickets individually with the payment applied correctly.
The error of it accepting payment for one ticket but registering as completed happened to at least 8 of the transactions but it was at a time when there was a lot of traffic and the site was down for a period – is there anything that I can do to prevent this? I had to go back and manually check over 700 registrations which was a pain to say the least!
