Hi,

here is my problem. It is the second time that I notice this, so I decided to contact you. WP version 3.5.1
EE version 3.1.30.5P
Here is the problem : the customer did not pay, but the «Total Amount Owing: ( C$ )» is zero. Here, I made a video to explain it better : http://screencast.com/t/Pk3dNiFXeU
Also, sometimes, the Name, Last Name and e-mail adress of the attendees doesn’t get writter in the DB. I get the completed registration with answer to all secondary questions, but no name, e-mail and last name. When this happens (1/300 times), I have to check in paypal to find the transaction and find the info…

Hi Daniel,

Can you check with the individual who had this happen and ask them to visit supportdetails.com and send their browser details so we can investigate further?

Hi Daniel,

I’m not able to reproduce this when testing the Chrome browser. Do you happen to know if they are running any browser extensions/plugins?

I’m pretty sure I’m having the same problem. I posted it here: https://eventespresso.com/topic/some-users-are-bypassing-the-payment-page-and-getting-tickets-help/. It seems to happen randomly, (less than 5% of the time). The Event ‘time’ and event ‘option’ are not passed when it happens – I have blank data for them.

No relation on browsers, I’ve spoken to 3 of them. One was on firefox, one was on IE 8, one was on iphone. Apparently it worked for one of the costumers when they re-did it on the exact same computer and browser. It has only ever happened on the event I have with 8 time options and not the events I have with 2 time options or 1 time option – but that could be a coincidence.

Hi Kyle,

I see that Garth and Dean followed up with you on the other thread. You mention that this is only happening for the one event that has 8 time options. Can you check and see if each of these time options has a start and end time? Also, there is a potential for something like this happening if the event is being edited while the registration is being filled out. Do you know whether the event was in the process of getting an edit at the times when these registrations were happening?

Is this still happening? If so, would it be possible to allow one of our developers to have a look at the WP admin and the files on your site so we can get a closer look?
